- This page is the disclosure required by Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act for UITruth's paid plans.
- Seller: Takeshi Kazumoto, trading as KIZUNA Creation (sole proprietorship), Shibuya, Tokyo. Contact: support@uitruth.app — we reply to email within 2 business days. Our phone number is disclosed without delay on request.
- Monthly prices: Starter ¥2,980/month, Pro ¥9,800/month, Agency ¥29,800/month. Yearly prices: Starter ¥29,800/year, Pro ¥98,000/year, Agency ¥298,000/year. The free plan is ¥0.
- Payment is by credit card via Stripe. Plans renew automatically on the billing cycle you choose at signup (every month, or every year) and can be cancelled anytime from the Stripe customer portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Full refund of your first payment, no questions asked, within 7 days of that payment (once per account): email support@uitruth.app and we process it within 5 business days and cancel the plan. Outside that window, refunds after payment are generally not provided, except where required by law or due to a serious failure on our side.
- The free plan includes weekly auto-tracking of 1 question for the first 14 days after you create your organisation. After that the automatic weekly runs pause; your past results stay and remain viewable, and manual checks continue within the 15 checks per month.
- We are not a registered qualified invoice issuer under Japan's invoice system, so we cannot issue a qualified invoice (適格請求書). You can review your payment history from the Stripe customer portal in your account settings.

契約・解約・返金

| 契約期間・自動更新 | 有料プランは、お申し込み時にお選びいただいた課金周期（月払いは1か月ごと、年払いは1年ごと）で自動更新されます。解約手続きを行わない限り、更新日に自動的に次の期間へ更新され、課金されます。 |
| 解約・キャンセル | いつでもアカウント設定（Stripe カスタマーポータル）から解約できます。解約すると、次回更新日以降の課金が停止します。現在の課金期間の終了日まではご利用いただけます。 |
| 返品・返金 | 初回課金から7日以内であれば、理由を問わず全額を返金します（1アカウントにつき1回）。support@uitruth.app へご連絡ください。ご連絡から5営業日以内に返金の手続きを行い、あわせて有料プランを解約します。この保証の対象外となる場合（初回課金から7日を経過した場合、2回目以降の課金）は、デジタルサービスの性質上、決済完了後の返金・日割り返金は原則として行いません。ただし、法令上返金が必要な場合、または当社の責めに帰すべき重大な不具合により役務を提供できなかった場合は、この限りではありません。 |
