Free vs paid, and how measurement works

How far free goes, and where paid begins.

  • Try without an account: up to 5 checks total from your connection (max 3 per day). Enough to measure one question about your own business. To keep tracking, sign up free (15 a month, no credit card).
  • Free account: for your first 14 days we measure one of the same fixed questions as the public aggregate every week, and email you in the weeks something changed (in quiet weeks, one summary every four weeks). After day 14, weekly auto-tracking pauses — everything measured stays viewable and is never deleted, and you can resume anytime on a paid plan. Up to 15 checks a month including manual runs. No credit card required. Fan-out questions appear on every check. Local results, products and ads are shown in full on your very first check.
  • Paid plans: more questions watched automatically each week, with all their changes rolled into a single email. You also get the deeper fields — local results, products with prices, and ads.

Free keeps 1 question on a weekly watch for your first 14 days. Starter keeps 5 with no such limit. Each industry page below pre-fills a question we already measure — there is no separate local-SEO price.

Google Maps ranking is not mixed into the ChatGPT measurement. Local lists that ChatGPT returns are labeled as a separate measurement.

  • Cancel any time from your settings; billing stops after the next renewal date.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period you choose. You can cancel anytime from settings, and billing stops from the next renewal date. Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked (once per account). After that window we generally don't refund, given the nature of a digital service (see the Commercial Transactions Act notice and the Terms of Service for details).
